Best Western Dartmouth-New Bedford Hotel, Dartmouth

My stay at the hotel was overall satisfactory. While the room served its purpose and was fine, the TV was a bit of an issue. The service, particularly from the front desk clerk, was very helpful. The location was convenient for exploring the area, but there were some issues with the reservation being transferred to a different hotel not of our choice. The dining experience was pleasant despite a minor hiccup of running out of cream for coffee. The facilities were adequate for my needs during the stay.

The hotel is conveniently located just outside New Bedford on the main H6, making it a decent choice for those exploring Cape Cod and Boston. The rooms, though clean and somewhat dated, could use some improvements, especially with the sink issues. The dining experience is a highlight, offering a fair-priced and available menu, including sashimi. While the service is generally friendly and accommodating, there seem to be occasional challenges with staffing and managing large crowds in the kitchen.
